      I bought it from manufacturers themselves in Kumbakonam . They have been doing it from generations. There only I came to know the combination of metals what they use. It is called as Velleeyam not kareeyam.Only very few in their family . know that art . This will not react with Sour ingredients like Tamarind

      @Mallika Badrinath veetu samayal / Mallika Badrinath i was abt to tell this but want to check if somebody already told this. Lovely mam. Pls keep eeyachombu always only in sim . Medium flame kooda vendaam. Just saying for concern since eeyachombu is very costly. Lovely recipe mam
