Green chillies- 2 medium size
Salt – to taste
Onions – 2 finely cut
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Mustard – 1/4 tsp
Oil – as required
Peanut coconut Chutney:
Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
Roasted Peanuts- 1/4 Cup
Roasted gram- 1/4 cup
Red chillies – 3
Green chillies- 2 medium size
Tamarind- very little
Salt- to taste
Asafoetida Powder- 2 pinches
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
