To prepare Rice & Thuar Rawa :
Raw rice -1 cup
Thuar dhal -1/4 cup
Soak for 10 minutes
Drain on a colander and dry under shade on a cloth for few hours
Powder coarsely in a mixie jar
Shadow dry on a plate.
Store and use whenever necessary
